SCTIE’s 2025/2026 Strategic Planning
We hosted an incredibly powerful Strategy Review Session from 9 to 10 April at Lake Eland Game Reserve, Oribi Gorge. The session involved key internal and external stakeholders, including representatives from provincial departments, public entities, and municipalities.
The primary goal of this review was to constructively evaluate the current implementation of our mandate and to identify any existing gaps. The session provided stakeholders with the opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction we should pursue, ensuring alignment with the needs of our shareholders and the community of Ugu District.
